Dean Raths is a visiting assistant professor of law and director of Lawyering: Advice and Persuasion. Before becoming director, Raths taught for 20 years as an adjunct legal writing instructor in the WRAP Program, the predecessor to Lawyering. He has also taught Legal Reasoning Workshop I and II and Bar Preparation Strategies through the Academic Achievement Program. Before entering the practice of law, Raths clerked for Justices Sandra Gardebring and Paul Anderson on the Minnesota Court of Appeals.
