The Newer Lawyers Committee of the Minnesota Chapter of the Federal Bar Association is pleased to continue its tradition of presenting a special luncheon hosted by the Chief Judge of the District of Minnesota. This luncheon presents an excellent opportunity for your summer associates, law clerks, and interns to gather with a distinguished member of Minnesota’s federal bench on an informal basis. The luncheon promises to be one of the highlights of your summer program. Please note, this luncheon is intended for summer associates, law clerks, and interns only. Due to the popularity of the event and a desire to keep the event to a manageable size, we will again be offering two dates for this year’s event. The luncheons will be held on Wednesday June 22, 2016, and Wednesday July 13, 2016. Both luncheons will start at noon in Courtroom 15 of the United States Courthouse in Minneapolis. The luncheon will consist of a presentation by Chief Judge John R. Tunheim, followed by an opportunity for attendees to ask questions on an informal basis.
