The Child Protection Program at Mitchell Hamline is led by faculty who don’t just research and teach the law—they practice it. They include nationally recognized faculty in the areas of domestic abuse, family law, constitutional law, Indian law, and child protection. In addition to their teaching and scholarly research, the faculty members represent and advise clients in court, mediations, and pro bono activities.
The Child Protection Board of Advisors
