Criminal justice is deeply engrained in history and with society. The system involves the interaction of public defenders, private defenders, prosecution, and the judiciary. The Criminal Law Society is committed to facilitating and growing connections between Mitchell Hamline students and the actors in this unique legal community. The Criminal Law Society aids students in exploring the traditional aspects of criminal law, as well as the changing landscape in the ever-evolving criminal justice system in Minnesota and the United States by providing students with information, resources, and events.
