Judge Donovan Frank ’77 (HUSL) was featured on the WCCO-TV show Life to the Max for his work on behalf of people with disabilities.
Frank is a senior U.S. district judge for the District of Minnesota and has served as a federal judge for nearly two decades.
Frank’s advocacy includes presenting CLEs on stereotypes facing disabled people. He often invites people with disabilities to join him during his presentations.
