If you have questions about transferring credit to another school, please contact the admissions office at that institution, as some law schools may not accept transfer credits from the HYBRID J.D.℠ program. As always, please feel free to contact our admissions office for more information.
Complaint process for prospective and current HYBRID J.D. program students
Pursuant to the United States Department of Education’s Program Integrity Rule, Mitchell Hamline is required to provide all prospective and current students with contact information for the state agency or agencies that handle complaints against post-secondary education institutions offering distance learning education within that state. Students residing in other states while enrolled in a course offered by Mitchell Hamline are encouraged to utilize the law school’s internal complaint or review policies and procedures. However if the complaint is not resolved through these processes, a student may use the following list to identify the office(s) in the state in which the student resides to which the complaint against Mitchell Hamline may be filed. This list is subject to change. If a student is not able to locate the appropriate agency, contact the Office of the Dean of Student Affairs for help.
