Blended-learning courses will be offered as they were designed\u2014with Preparation and Capstone weeks on campus and the rest of the semester online and asynchronous. Mitchell Hamline will continue to offer more remote classes than were offered pre-COVID for upper-level courses. Students who must attend classes remotely for short-term, COVID-related reasons (e.g., sick with COVID or symptomatic) with a temporary remote option.<\/p>\n<p>All students, faculty, and staff must provide documentation that they are\u00a0up to date on vaccines. Mitchel Hamline defines up to date as including at least one booster for those eligible.<\/p>\n<p>In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and any other applicable state or local law, we will provide reasonable accommodations or exemptions for vaccinations to qualified students with documented disabilities, other medical reasons that may not qualify as a disability under federal, state, or local law, or with sincerely held religious beliefs, observances, or practices that conflict with the COVID-19 Vaccination Policy, unless providing such accommodations creates an undue hardship for the law school. All requests will be reviewed by the Office of Dean of Students.
