Join us for a keynote address by Judge Michelle Childs of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit on the importance of judicial independence. The keynote will be followed by a panel discussion on the admission oath and the practical steps lawyers can take to defend the rule of law. The panel will be moderated by Mitchell Hamline Professor Jason Marisam, and will feature Mitchell Hamline Professor Ana Pottratz Acosta; Paul Floyd \u201983, partner at Wallen-Friedman & Floyd; and Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison.<\/p>\n
