A retired partner of Soffer Lehrman Law Group, he practiced in corporate finance and entrepreneurial venture. He received the \u201c50 over 50\u201d Award from Pollen MN and AARP for his significant leadership and contributions to the innovation community.<\/p>\n<p>Lehrman\u2019s affiliation at World Without Genocide began in 2005, with collaboration on advocacy to address the genocide in Darfur. He was a member of the founding board of directors and subsequently served as <em>pro bono<\/em> counsel for nearly 15 years. Dolejsi secured a $589 million settlement from pharmaceutical manufacturers on behalf of all federally recognized American Indian tribes. She assisted the state of Minnesota in winning a $60.5 million dollar settlement for deceptive marketing of e-cigarettes to youth, making her one of <em>Minnesota Lawyer\u2019s<\/em> 2023 Attorneys of the Year. <em>Pro bono<\/em> work, especially assisting transgender and nonbinary individuals, is a key focus of Dolejsi\u2019s practice. She also has expanded professional opportunities for women lawyers by co-creating the Women Trial Lawyers Conference, now in its seventh year.<\/p>\n<p>World Without Genocide, an organization based at Mitchell Hamline School of Law, promotes education and action to protect innocent people, prevent genocide, prosecute perpetrators, and remember those affected by genocide.
