Adjunct/Affiliated Professor
Attorney at Law–Juvenile Division, Hennepin County Public Defender’s Office
Angela Bailey is a veteran public defender, serving zealously since 1997 in adult and juvenile court areas of practice. She also has served as an adjunct professor at Mitchell Hamline, teaching effective advocacy in appellate brief writing and has published a Mitchell Hamline Law Review article decrying the practice of felony prosecution of youth for “sexting.” The mantra she lives by and uses to inspire budding advocates is: “Find your inner gladiator!”
