Anne Tinguely Jakala is Compliance Counsel for GovDocs where she leads the Compliance & Research Department team. GovDocs is an employment and labor law compliance management company with headquarters in St. Paul, Minnesota. Jakala specializes in legislative and regulatory legal compliance and research. Prior to joining GovDocs, Jakala was Compliance Counsel for Convey Compliance Systems/Sovos, a tax software company specializing in 1099, ACA, and FATCA related tax information reporting. She also was a Compliance Consultant in the Corporate Trust Services Group at Wells Fargo in Minneapolis.
