After graduating from the College of St. Benedict, Ms. Erdmann worked in healthcare technology in business analysis and management roles. With a desire to pursue corporate and business law, she attended William Mitchell College of Law. While in law school, Ms. Erdmann served as a Marshall-Brennan Fellow, Center for Law and Business Fellow, Negotiation Team Representative and legal extern in large corporations including Regis Corporation and Medtronic.
After completing her law degree at William Mitchell, Ms. Erdmann began work with large scale government, international, and commercial contracts, subcontracts, and corporate business transactions for a defense engineering firm. Currently, she serves as in-house counsel for a private investment firm. She focuses her practice in contracts, negotiation, and transactions and has significant experience in healthcare, technology, investments, and business formation as well as corporate and small business regulation and compliance.
