Bridget Brine graduated from William Mitchell College of Law and has a BA from the University of St. Thomas. She is licensed in Minnesota and Wisconsin courts and several federal courts. Ms. Brine is a Qualified Neutral under Rule 114 of the Minnesota General Rules of Practice.
Bridget Brine represents clients in business, real estate and estate planning matters including business formations, mergers, acquisitions, buy-sell and redemption matters, public and private commercial real estate development, leasing, financing, licensing, commercial contracts, estate planning, probate, employment matters and creditors’ remedies.
Ms. Brine is currently working as a solo practitioner in Duluth, Minnesota and previously worked in law firms, as in-house counsel in the automotive industry and as a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee.
