Associate, Stinson
As an Associate at Stinson, Diane’s practice focuses on real estate development, land use, and environmental law, including the purchase and sale of land, zoning, title clearance, brownfields redevelopment, and public finance.
Before practicing law, she studied at the Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine and worked with the Minnesota Department of Health. During law school, Diane worked with the Minnesota Department of Transportation and the Center for Indian Country Development at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis.
After law school, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Justice Margaret Chutich of the Minnesota Supreme Court. While serving the state’s top court, Diane advised the court’s justices regarding the state’s most unique and difficult legal issues, and she became proficient in presenting the issues in simple terms.
She is co-teaching Judicial Writing in Spring 2020 with Jon Baker and Megan Odom.
