Eric Johnson is the District Attorney of St. Croix County, Wis. He has held that position since 1989. He also has been the District Attorney for Pierce County, Wis. He has been the President of the Wisconsin District Attorneys Association and has been awarded the Attorney Generals Award for Outstanding Prosecutor in the State of Wisconsin. He has tried more than 200-jury trials and thousands of court trials.
He is a frequent lecturer to other prosecutors on trial skills and is on the faculty for the National Advocacy Center in Columbia, South Carolina, which specializes in teaching prosecutors advocacy and trial skills. He teaches in the Advocacy program at William Mitchell.
