Adjunct/Affiliated Professor
George Singer currently practices at Lindquist & Vennum in Minneapolis, specializing in bankruptcy, mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and finance. He previously served as a staff attorney for the National Bankruptcy Review Commission, making recommendations for reform. As an adjunct faculty member since 1999, Singer teaches courses in commercial law and secured transactions.
