Jack Breviu chairs Stinson Leonard Street’s Health Law practice group. Breviu represents health plans on contracting, regulatory, financial, compliance and transactional matters. He represents healthcare providers including hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, physicians and others on transactional, regulatory and credentialing matters. He represents pharmacy benefit managers and health information technology companies, as well. Breviu also advises clients on Medicare and Medicaid regulation, fraud and abuse law, ERISA, and HIPAA issues. Breviu works with clients on state regulatory issues in virtually every state and he works with clients and firm litigators on various litigated matters. Previously, Breviu served as General Counsel of UnitedHealthcare, the health plan division of UnitedHealth Group. He was also an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Minnesota.
