Solo Attorney, Jeff W. Brown Law
I see legal representation as a collaborative exchange of law and fact with clients whom I seek to empower as well as successfully advocate for.
Jeff Brown is a lifelong educator and community activist turned attorney. He is a graduate of the Hamline Law School’s weekend program and understands the difficulties of balancing law school, work, and family obligations while maintaining high standards for oneself in each of these areas. He has been a solo practitioner with offices in Duluth and Minneapolis since 2016.
The primary focus of Jeffrey’s practice is family law, and he maintains an appellate practice representing farmers fighting large, concentrated animal feedlots in Southern Minnesota.
He has volunteered as a public defender with the Duluth Volunteer Attorney Program and with the Minnesota Court of Appeals Self-Help Clinic. To help address the justice gap, a growing part of his law practice is providing unbundled, limited-scope services to pro se clients.
