Jennifer Yatskis Dukart is a Senior Associate General Counsel at United Healthcare. Prior to working for UHC, Jennifer served as an Associate Attorney General for the Minnesota Attorney General’s Office. In private practice, Jennifer specialized in complex litigation at Blackwell Burke and Faegre Baker Daniels, defending class action, multi-district litigation, and appellate matters. Jennifer clerked for the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and graduated, Order of the Coif, from University of California, Berkeley. Jennifer is a former Registered Nurse.
