I believe you are the authority on your own life. Within you exists the potential to experience your authentic self and to live a fulfilling life. However, there may be times when we experience stress, depression, anxiety, confusion, anger, fear, or complacency to name a few. When this happens it can be difficult to manage life effectively and with peace of mind. This is when professional support can be helpful. Whatever concerns you are struggling with, I will collaborate with you to help identify goals and develop a treatment approach to empower you to realize them.
