Kathleen Harrell-Latham

Kathleen has represented businesses in all aspects of their operational, financial, regulatory, and commercial demands. She has guided companies and creditors through the Chapter 11 process. Kathleen has also represented individuals facing financial distress and represented trustees in bankruptcy and receiverships. Kathleen has used these skills to represented companies in start-up or growth phases. She has worked in private practice in large and small firms, in-house, and in a variety of roles throughout her career.

Kathleen has returned to private practice and founded Loop Legal. She currently provides general counsel services to organizations that do not have an internal legal department and are tired of paying the high costs of traditional outside counsel. Kathleen was appointed to the Technology Committee of the Minnesota State Bar Association and serves as the Vice Chair of the Practice Management  & Marketing Section.
