Ms. Boomsma practices in complex commercial litigation, bringing more than 10 years of experience in appeals, dispositive motion practice, expert collaboration, and jury trials. Ms. Boomsma represents businesses and individuals in a variety of commercial disputes, including personal injury, property damage, and product liability defense for railroads, utilities, and other regulated industries. Ms. Boomsma clerked for the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals as well as the Minnesota Supreme Court, and graduated summa cum laude from William Mitchell College of Law in 2009. Since 2010, Ms. Boomsma has enjoyed teaching and mentoring Mitchell Hamline students as an adjunct professor of various courses including Deals & Dispute Resolution, Transactions and Settlements and Lawyer as Business Owner.
