Michael B. Miller is an Assistant Hennepin County Attorney from Minneapolis. He is certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy (NITA) as a civil trial specialist, and has tried more than fifty cases, including medical malpractice, personal injury, civil rights, products liability and eminent domain, to verdict. He is counsel to Hennepin County Medical Center, and represents that hospital in civil actions, chiefly in defense of medical malpractice cases. He has been an adjunct at Mitchell Hamline School of Law for twenty-one years, and at the University of Minnesota Law School, teaching trail skills classes. He has lectured at many CLE seminars, and taught at past NITA programs. He has been selected by the Minnesota Journal of Law and Politics as a “Super Lawyer.”
He teaches in the Advanced Advocacy and Practicum courses.
