Professor Niobis Queiro is Vice President of Revenue Cycle at Ensemble Health Partners a revenue cycle service management company that focuses on a customized approach to partnership with major healthcare systems across the country. Niobis is responsible for implementing systemic approaches that maximize revenue and cash flow to ensure results are consistently delivered and complex integrations for partners. Niobis was formerly at Hennepin Healthcare System, which operates Hennepin County Medical Center (HCMC) in Minneapolis, the premier Level 1 Adult and Pediatric Trauma Center in Minnesota. She was responsible for Patient Access Services, Registration, Insurance Verification, Financial Clearance, Health Information Management, Coding, Document Integrity, CDI, Professional, Hospital, Clinic (clinic based and ASC/freestanding), Home Health, Tele-Health, Tele-Medicine, Hospice billing and collections, Reimbursement Analytics. In addition, she is the key stakeholder on the innovation team to drive affordability, availability, efficiency and quality affecting the underserved population of Hennepin County and responsible for developing the overall strategy for integration of clinical and financial population management. Previously, Queiro has held various positions, including Vice President, Account Management at Navigant Cymetrix Healthcare; Vice President, System Revenue Cycle Services at Hartford Healthcare Corporation; and Vice President, Financial Solutions at ACS Healthcare Solutions.
