Working at the Anoka County Attorney’s Office, Mr. Paul Young has practiced criminal law and procedure for over 25 years. Currently he maintains a caseload including high-profile, complex cases and investigations and participates with law enforcement and community partners in the on-going evaluation and implementation of the systemic improvement of the investigation and prosecution of sexual assault and child exploitation.
A graduate of William Mitchell College of Law, one of the legacy law schools, Paul Young has been an adjunct professor in Criminal Justice and Forensic Science at Hamline University since 2014. He is currently teaching Constitutional Criminal Procedure-Adjudication in the fall of 2020 at Mitchell Hamline School of Law.
