Ray Faricy is a partner at Lindquist & Vennum, a Minneapolis law firm with over 190 lawyers. He works primarily with privately held businesses, and advises them in all aspects of their businesses, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, loan transactions, and contract negotiations. Ray is one of the leading renewable energy attorneys in the country, and works with some of the largest wind and solar energy companies. He is a frequent lecturer on renewable energy issues.
In addition to his practice, he has been an adjunct professor at Mitchell Hamline School of Law since 2008, teaching the buying and selling businesses class.
