Sunday Harholdt earned her Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, where she also earned a Certificate in Advocacy and Problem-Solving from the Dispute Resolution Institute. As Adjunct Professor at her Alma Mater, Sunday collaborates with adjunct professors, instructors and school administration to provide adjunct professor services for students in Civil Dispute Resolution, Cross-Cultural Conflicts and Organizational Conflict Management.
At Mediation Center, Sunday assists with conflict resolution training program development collaborations, conducts research on issues relevant to alternative dispute resolution and Family Law in the Midwest, assists in the development of best practices advice, and administers the training courses. She is a mediation trainer and coach for MN Rule 114 Certified Civil and Family Mediation Training. She has presented on the topics of civil and family mediation, family law, and statutes, rules and ethics for ADR practitioners.
Sunday is an attorney admitted to the Minnesota Bar and a Qualified Neutral under Rule 114 on the Minnesota Statewide Civil and Family Neutral Rosters. Sunday also coordinates the Washington County Conciliation Court Volunteer Mediator Program, and provides court-annexed mediation services in Washington and Scott Counties.
