Negotiation can take many forms, and serve many purposes, in the life of a case. Come hear tips and tricks to help strengthen and develop your negotiation techniques. Annamarie Daley of Jones Day and Jack Van de North of Larson King (formerly Ramsey County District Court Judge) will answer questions and share war stories about successful, and not so successful, negotiations.
