An attorney at Graco Inc., Quirk is also an assistant adjunct professor of mergers and acquisitions at Mitchell Hamline. Exposure to business in law school has been invaluable in her legal career, she said.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cI work with accountants and MBAs every day. My success as in-house counsel depends in large part on my ability to work with the business people and not sound like an ivory-tower lawyer but instead be someone who understands their business, their tolerance for risk, and their strategic vision.
