The Health Law Regulatory & Compliance Competition<\/a> is a unique and innovative competition that challenges students to navigate through the complex regulatory landscape of health care law, including compliance with health care regulations and FDA law.<\/p>\n

The Competition requires teams of 2-3 students to analyze a hypothetical fact pattern involving various interactions between health care stakeholders and entities participating in several health care activities that necessitate regulatory and compliance oversight.\u00a0 As a prerequisite to participation in this competition, students must complete the Health Care Compliance Institute course.<\/em><\/p>\n

Credits<\/h3>\n

Participation is worth one (1) credit.\u00a0 Students must log 45 hours to earn the credit.<\/p>\n
