Brian Gruber ’20, was recently named to the Florida Supreme Court’s Mediator Ethics Advisory Committee.<\/p>\n

Appointed by Florida’s chief justice, this nine-member panel issues written advisory ethics opinions for all mediators in the state. They’re advisory opinions but mediators, attorneys, courts and the general public use those opinions as guidance in Florida when the existing rules are less than clear or silent.<\/p>\n

Gruber, who is with Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A., notes this is one of the highest honors a mediator can achieve in Florida.<\/p>\n
