The Program Administrator assists the Dean to analyze and report Academic Excellence statistics to constituents inside and outside of the school; provides comprehensive program analysis; develops and implements marketing materials; and is responsible for managing, coordinating, and overseeing the planning, implementation, marketing, and evaluation of all department programs and projects. The Program Administrator is responsible for developing methods and processes for ensuring high quality and consistency of programs and projects and oversees the communication flow between the school and students and between Academic Excellence and other school offices.
Qualifications: Associate degree required (bachelor’s degree preferred); 3-5 years administrative experience; proficiency in MS office applications and office technologies; ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and continually reevaluate priorities; strong initiative, team skills and behaviors; detail oriented; ability to exercise independent judgment and problem-solve; and exceptional organizational, customer service, time management and communication skills. Higher/legal education, disability services, and/or hospitality experience preferred.
