Limit of one per semester.<\/p>\n<p>Forms must be submitted online by Monday, August 3rd at noon CST.<\/p>\n<p>Refund method will be via eRefund if you have a profile established, with funds available shortly thereafter. If you don\u2019t have an eRefund profile, the refund method will be via paper check. Checks will be mailed for those not enrolled in eRefunds.
