The timeline of remediation varies by issue and takes into account many factors\u00a0such as\u00a0the necessity of additional funding or overhaul of policies and procedures.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;HLI&#8217;s\u00a0health law and compliance programs prepared me for success in this position by\u00a0providing a general overview of the relevant laws and\u00a0offering strategies and techniques to common health law and compliance scenarios. The faculty&#8217;s range of background and experience,\u00a0along with practical advice, resulted in\u00a0an excellent framework on which I\u00a0rely in offering advice and remediation suggestions. As we were taught in the program, the knowledge required for my position falls back on the seven core elements of a successful compliance program.
