At the same time, the legal underpinnings governing product promotion are under attack, and government enforcement of the bribery and corruption rules, in place for decades is, at best, chaotic.<\/p>\n<p>Pharmaceutical co<span class=\"text_exposed_show\">mpanies face a radically changing economic landscape, patient care is challenged by a shortage of primary care physicians, and educated patients are demanding full disclosure of all aspects of their medical care \u2013 including pricing. This talk will explore whether the industry can successfully meet the legal and ethical challenges involved in selling pharmaceuticals or whether it will prove to be a bridge too far.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Mitchell Hamline alumni, faculty, and staff can use the discount code WHITELAWCLE to attend for free.
