Melnick Annual Symposium<\/h4>\n<p>Professor David Allen Larson was invited to present and participate in the Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution Jed D. Melnick Annual Symposium to be held virtually on October 23. The symposium focuses on presumptive alternative dispute resolution and court systems of the future.<\/p>\n<h4>\nINVITATION: 8\/15\/2020 Resolution System Institute&#8217;s National Convening of ODR Experts<\/h4>\n<p>Professor David Allen Larson has been invited to participate in the Resolution System Institute&#8217;s National Convening of ODR Experts to discuss the potential for online dispute resolution (ODR) to help thinly resourced parents work out parenting plans when they separate whether or not they were married. The article was co-authored with David M. Greer, Sam D. Shemie, Ariane Lewis, and others.<\/p>\n<h4>\nPUBLICATION: 8\/3\/2020 JAMA Neurology<\/h4>\n<p>Professor Thaddeus Pope&#8217;s article, &#8220;Is There a Right to Delay Determination of Death by Neurologic Criteria?&#8221; was published in volume 77 of JAMA Neurology. The article was co-authored with Ariane Lewis, and Richard J. Bonnie.<\/p>\n<h4>\nOTHER: 8\/15\/2020 Study Committee on the Uniform Health Care Decisions Act<\/h4>\n<p>Professor Thaddeus Pope served as an observer for the Uniform Law Commission&#8217;s Study Committee on the Uniform Health Care Decisions Act.<\/p>\n<h4>\nPUBLICATION: 8\/17\/2020 American Journal or Respiratory &amp; Critical Care Medicine<\/h4>\n<p>Professor Thaddeus Pope&#8217;s article &#8220;Reply to: Treatment Decisions for Unrepresented Patients: ATS\/AGS Policy Statement Lacks Sufficient Guidance&#8221; was published in the American Journal of Respiratory &amp; Critical Care Medicine.
