Professor Larson&#8217;s session addressed the question, &#8220;what would family ODR need to look like in order for courts to adopt it?&#8221;<\/p>\n<h4>\nPRESENTATION: 10\/10\/2020 &#8220;The Americans with Disabilities Act Title III Website Accessibility Requirements&#8221;<\/h4>\n<p>Professor David Allen Larson presented &#8220;The Americans with Disabilities Act Title III Website Accessibility Requirements&#8221; to the world-wide Virtual Ability Community, a non-profit corporation that enables people with a wide range of disabilities to thrive in online virtual worlds. Professor Larson made his presentation in the form of an avatar in a Second Life virtual amphitheater to an audience of persons with disabilities attending as avatars.<\/p>\n<h4>\nPRESENTATION: 10\/23\/2020 &#8220;Does Technology Always Improve Mediation and Access to Justice?&#8221;<\/h4>\n<p>Professor David Allen Larson, along with Peter Jewett of Accessibleweb, presented &#8220;Does Technology Always Improve Mediation and Access to Justice?&#8221; as part of the American Bar Association Dispute Resolution Section&#8217;s Mediation Week.<\/p>\n<h4>\nPRESENTATION: 10\/23\/2020 &#8220;The Court Systems of the Future and ODR&#8221;<\/h4>\n<p>Professor David Allen Larson, along with Mediate.com CEO Colin Rule, presented &#8220;The Court Systems of the Future and ODR&#8221; at the Benjamin Cardozo School of Law&#8217;s Annual Jed D.
