The panel explored how technology has allowed us to adapt our holiday celebrations and which of those adaptations will last beyond the pandemic. The panel also discussed how the pandemic has accelerated the adoption of online dispute resolution (ODR).<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=_I9tI_WpPOg\">https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=_I9tI_WpPOg<\/a><\/p>\n<h4>\nPRESENTATION: 2\/11\/2021 Minnesota Public Employers Labor Relations Association Winter Conference<\/h4>\n<p>Professor David Allen Larson made a one-hour presentation to more than 100 attorneys at the Minnesota Public Employers Labor Relations Association Winter Conference. In the presentation, he explained online dispute resolution (ODR), introduced the audience to currently available ODR platforms, and described how ODR can assist with collective bargaining and workplace grievance processing.<\/p>\n<h4>\nPANEL: 2\/11\/2021 Minnesota Public Employers Labor Relations Association Winter Conference<\/h4>\n<p>Professor David Allen Larson participated in a one-hour panel discussion with Mike Stockstead, Deputy Commissioner of the Bureau of Mediation Services and Alison Kelly, Labor Relations for Ramsey County at the Minnesota Public Employers Labor Relations Association Winter Conference. The purpose of the IDTLP Forum is to create expert, consensus guidance for stakeholders who aspire to link evidence and ethical concepts to legislative and policy reform of organ and tissue donation and transplantation (OTDT) systems.
