Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission, a Missouri lawsuit in which the defendant sought to avoid damages for the death of an employee\u2019s fetus through a novel interpretation of state law.<\/p>\n<p><strong>UPCOMING: 3\/15\/2023 University of Michigan Journal of Law Reform<\/strong><br \/>\nProfessor Laura Hermer&#8217;s article, \u201cIntentional Parenthood, Contingent Fetal Personhood, and the Right to Reproductive Self-Determination,\u201d was accepted for publication by the University of Michigan Journal of Law form.<\/p>\n<p><strong>MEDIA: 3\/15\/2023 MPR News<\/strong><br \/>\nProfessor Laura Hermer was interviewed by Michelle Wiley of MPR News regarding the remedy in Braidwood Management v.
