Students analyzed facts presented, identified any and all regulatory\/compliance concerns, and advised the recipient in the problem by drafting two separate internal memoranda to two different recipients within the organization.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">2023 marked the 4th annual Roy Snell Health Care Regulatory &amp; Compliance Writing Competition. The competition attracted students from law schools nationwide and the submissions were outstanding! All submissions were judged by a panel of independent legal and compliance experts. Neither the entrant\u2019s identity nor academic institution was known to the judges.
