\nProfessor David Allen Larson was a member of the non-profit RCI Board of Directors Hiring Committee that, with the assistance of recruiting firm DRG Talent, completed a lengthy nationwide search and hired the first CEO for RCI. The mission of the RCI (Ray Corollary Initiative) is to increase diversity, equity, and inclusion in the selection of arbitrators, mediators, and other ADR neutrals<\/p>\n
