Resolution 607 was proposed by the Center for Human Rights and encouraged parties to international development project agreements to provide in such agreements for the establishment of \u201cconflict management committees\u201d to anticipate, prevent, de-escalate, resolve, and remediate conflicts and harms among stakeholders before and during project development.
