Indian Law Fellow, Melissa Lorentz ’15, wrote a column with Jose Leonardo Santos of Metropolitan State University on February 1, 2018 in the Pioneer Press. The column, “Lorentz, Santos: Minnesota’s Standing Rock Moment?” discusses the need for the Minnesota Public Utilities Commission to require a full cultural resources study before it affirms a route for Line 3.
