The IP Institute of Mitchell Hamline School of Law presented a successful CLE session on law and practice under the Patent Cooperation Treaty on April 18. Speakers at the session were Professor Emeritus Jay Erstling, and Mitchell Hamline graduate Megan Miller \u201921, now an attorney with Winthrop and Weinstine. Both Erstling and Miller are experts on PCT law and practice; Erstling is a former director of the Office of the PCT at the World Intellectual Property Organization in Geneva, while Miller has had extensive experience in PCT law and practice before, during, and after law school. Together, they are co-authors of The Practitioner\u2019s Guide to the PCT, published by the American Bar Association.<\/p>\n
