Nutshells are compact guides that provide a succinct, yet thorough overview of a particular area of the law with an emphasis on key cases and statutes. Nutshells can be a good starting point when you need to review an area of law.

The Library has a multitude of books in the Nutshell series, from Administrative Law and Process in a Nutshell to Wills and Trusts in a Nutshell and everything in between (including required course topics!).

The newest editions are available in the Library’s Reserve Collection.
