Now he has two 3-year-old sons of his own \u2013 a biological son and a nephew he adopted.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA lot of this job relates to my personal experiences,\u201d he says in the Attorney at Law profile. \u201cIt gives me a greater understanding of some of the issues \u2013 what parents might be going through, what children might be going through.
