Emerson<\/a> in the Mitchell Hamline Auditorium, Oct. 13, 2016.<\/p>\n<p>The case will be heard from 6:30 &#8211; 7:30 pm. A question and answer session will be held with the Justices after\u00a0the arguments. Burger Library website<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The newest member of the state Supreme Court is Mitchell Hamline alum <strong>Justice Anne McKeig &#8217;92<\/strong>. McKeig was sworn-in as the court&#8217;s 94th associate justice in\u00a0September.\u00a0A descendant of the White Earth Ojibwe, she is the first American Indian to serve on Minnesota\u2019s highest court.
