The award is given annually to recognize attorneys for their service and sacrifice on behalf of Minnesota\u2019s justice system.<\/p>\n<p>Frank, <a href=\"https:\/\/mitchellhamline.edu\/news\/2017\/04\/17\/wcco-spotlights-advocacy-of-judge-donovan-frank-77-on-behalf-of-people-with-disabilities\/\">known for his work on behalf of\u00a0people with disabilities<\/a>, is a senior U.S. district judge for the District of Minnesota and has served as a federal judge for nearly\u00a0two decades.<\/p>\n<p>Frank is among two dozen\u00a0members of Mitchell Hamline&#8217;s alumni community who are being honored with individual, group, and partner awards from Minnesota Lawyer.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Individuals<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul class=\"default\">\n<li><strong>Kenneth Udoibok &#8217;95 (WMCL)<\/strong> Kenneth Ubong Udoibok<\/li>\n<li><strong>Angela B.
