The panel will be moderated by Mitchell Hamline professor Denise Roy and will feature:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"default\">\n<li>Sen. Roger Chamberlain, chair of the Senate Taxes Committee<\/li>\n<li>Sen. Ann Rest, ranking minority member of the Senate Taxes Committee<\/li>\n<li>Jenny Starr, assistant commissioner for the Department of Revenue<\/li>\n<li>Rep. Paul Marquart, chair of the House Taxes Committee<\/li>\n<li>Rep. Joe McDonald, former vice chair and current member of the House Taxes Committee<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The second panel, focusing on the prospects for recreational marijuana legalization in Minnesota, begins at approximately 7:45 pm. It is moderated by\u00a0public health consultant Craig Moscetti and includes:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"default\">\n<li>Rep. Mike Freiberg (\u201905)<\/li>\n<li>Jason Tarasek, Minnesota political director for the Marijuana Policy Project<\/li>\n<li>Sen.
