One honoree is Mitchell Hamline Professor Natalie Netzel \u201915, who has been at the forefront of the conversation about well-being in the legal profession and law schools.<\/p>\n<p>Netzel, currently serving as director of Mitchell Hamline\u2019s nationally recognized clinical education program, has done significant work teaching resilience, mutual care, and trauma-informed lawyering to law students and lawyers. She was heavily involved in the law school <a href=\"https:\/\/mitchellhamline.edu\/news\/2022\/05\/04\/mitchell-hamline-debuts-wellness-center\/\">establishing its wellness center<\/a> in support of these values in 2022. Outside Mitchell Hamline, Netzel is involved with the American Association of Law Schools\u2019 Section on Balance and Well-Being in Legal Education and the Minnesota State Bar Association\u2019s Well-Being Committee. She also recently joined the board of directors for Minnesota Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers.<\/p>\n<p>This is the second year Minnesota Lawyer selected Top Women in Law.
